Stand Together Fundraiser

The Children's Ministry at Adoration Church is fueled by wonderful, dedicated, and loving individuals who have heard the Lord's call on their lives and committed to serve in this capacity. In January 2018, staff and volunteers who faithfully serve in the Children, Student, and Nursery Ministries at Adoration Church have an opportunity to attend the Children's Pastors Conference (CPC). This is a National conference chalked FULL of valuable information. They'll hear from phenomenal speakers, attend personalized small-group style break-out sessions, and enjoy meeting and networking with others who faithfully serve their church ministries too. We would like to invite you into the story and help get them there. 
 

This conference has the potential to cost upwards of $3,000 depending on how many teachers/staff can attend. As a church we can rally around and support these faithful servants. We can insert ourselves into the larger story God is weaving. We can assist those who have been called to serve, and love them well as they engage in this opportunity. We can impact not only the teachers serving but also the children and future generations. By giving your time and support, you are partnering with God on HIS mission to send HIS agents to fill the earth with HIS glory...and that's just cool.

 

We have created this opportunity to stand together with those who will teach our students, babies, and children, and support them financially through our volunteer efforts. Giving your time in this case will translate directly to dollars! Check out how you can get involved!

Sign up any Sunday before December for an upcoming

training date!

The 3.5 hour training covers food safety, customer service, and alcohol management.  The alcohol management portion of the training requires every volunteer to pass a 30 question certification test.  This certification must be passed in order for a volunteer to be eligible to come to the Stadium. All volunteers must be 18+ and 21 yrs. old to serve alcohol. Duties include: Managing inventory, Cash balancing, Teamwork between volunteers, Cleaning & breakdown of stand, Dish washing, Mopping floors, Machines are cleaned and turned off. A background check is required and will be performed.
